This home is especially well-suited for adult groups, golf trips, families with older children, and couples traveling together who want to enjoy Scottsdale’s energy while returning to a comfortable, well-appointed place to unwind. Because the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask guests to be respectful of the surrounding community.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
All outside vendors (photographers, chefs, decorators, etc.) need to be approved by the host before booking.

We love guests enjoying meals together outdoors! Catered meals and private chefs are welcome. For safety and property protection, NO outside cooking equipment (hibachi/teppanyaki setups, flat-top griddles, fryers, or propane cook stations, etc) may be brought onto the property. Chefs are welcome to use the home’s indoor kitchen and the built-in backyard BBQ grill.

We’re also happy to share great local restaurants, including great hibachi spots where you can enjoy the full experience comfortably in air conditioning!

GUEST ESSENTIALS
These starter guest essentials are provided – groups that use beyond these items will need to restock on their own. 2 rolls of paper towels, 9 rolls of toilet paper, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap in all 3 bathrooms, 1 roll trash bags, 1 small tub of laundry detergent, 1 small tub of dishwasher pods, 1 full bottle of liquid dish soap, 1 bottle of multipurpose cleaner, 1 kitchen sponge, sugar, non-dairy creamer, starter pack of coffee.

POOL HEAT
Pool can be heated to 86 degrees with a gas heater (will actually reach that temp with gas even in coolest months), but is unfortunately expensive. Visits in December, January, February - $100/day; November & March - $85/day; April, May, October - $70/day. While available, pool heat should not be needed in Jun-Sept, as it will naturally be warm. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to add pool heat (or preferably at time of reservation) to ensure the pool is ready for use.

WILDLIFE
Arizona is a desert environment, and occasional insects or wildlife are part of the natural surroundings. While the home is professionally cleaned and serviced with routine pest control, we cannot guarantee that an occasional bug may not appear. Encounters are not grounds for refunds.
