Are you flying into PHX International? Our home is a 15-minute drive from PHX. We like to use Turo and try to find a vehicle that uses the Pre-flight garage - we find that easier to access (and quicker) than the car rental center.

- If you are taking an Uber/Lyft or renting a car from the center:

The SkyTrain will take you to the rental center - but it will ALSO take you to the 44th St station. Getting a Lyft/Uber from the 44th St station will inevitably be less expensive with much less congestion than getting picked up right at the airport. For reference - a standard pickup with Lyft will cost about $25 (compared to $30 at airport), and an XXL about $38 (compared to $54 at airport). As you know these prices will vary depending on demand.

The SkyTrain is easy to access, just follow the airport signs from your terminal (and know you have to go up from the baggage claim).

If you will be driving a rental - we recommend using your phone's GPS - it will give you turn-by-turn directions to the house at 8619 E Malcomb Dr, Scottsdale, AZ. Put simply you will be taking 2 major roads to get to our home - the 202 East and exit 9 to 101 North. Exit the 101 at the McDonald Dr exit 45. After the exit, turn left onto E McDonald Dr, right on N 86th St, and right onto E Malcomb Dr. Our home 8619 is towards the end of the cul-de-sac.

- If using Turo - and the rental is at the Pre-Flight Garage:

> follow the directions provided by your Turo

> the pre-flight garage shuttle runs frequently and is red

> the shuttle driver will ask if you are parked on East or West side - which can be tricky to find depending on who you rented from. Don't stress if you can't find it as the drop-off locations are actually really close to each other. Your Turo should provide you with the specific place and parking space number to locate your vehicle.
